I know Jon loves opening boxes full of new and clean parts........especially after that mess of an 084 Tom sent him awhile back. :D

Here's a saw that we are doing for Glock37 (Mike). He does some really nice powder coating.......heck we'll just let the pics show ya what's up.

Who know's what the hell he's doing here?

Softening up the new oil hose....

That Stihl oiler hose is a farce. Homelite makes a grey oiler hose that's way easier to work.

See? You're like a genius and stuff. :D

OK more pics.

That oil cap ain't gonna cut it.

Yeah.....that's a new tank.

White lightning and a redneck drinking straw.

Last pic for now.......

We're using a OEM 066 top end and yes........it will be ported. :msp_wink:

hate too tell you but the clutch is on backwards
when your done I bet it will look like a new saw

Someday you're getting my 064, to undergo "the treatment". Beautiful work.

I had about decided to only have the Husq 2100 Im bringing tomorrow ported and gone thru top to bottom, but to leave it cosmetically alone as the scuffs tell the saws story. After seeing how beautiful that 64 looks after powder coating.... I am completely up in the air about how to go. Arghh. Guess I'll figure it out during "window time" tomorrow.

I'll share my thoughts Steven. If you can't round up new or like new plastics you are better off leaving it as is.
