My last saw I put a 359 into a 350. When I made those adapter blocks I made one to accept the 272 cyl since a 359 and 272 share the same stroke.

I watched Mike make a educated guess on the timing and dremel a new flywheel keyway and mount a 359 flywheel Thursday night before the GTG. I don't know how I missed running this saw, if it holds together I will get a chance later.
 
i think your work is awesome. what is the weight going to be? i am guessing the power to weight ratio is going to be pretty awesome.
 
Mike thats outstanding. Wanna build me a top handle saw with its own starting mechanism like a co2 cartridge. So i can just push a button and she fires up. I was always gonna do it but Im tired of waiting. Wow you do good work sir!!
