. I built this one from and old atv swing arm.,my brothers had laying around. It's 38x40". All built from scrape. Does not hold a lot but gets around good.

I got some solid rubber wheelbarrow wheels for mine from harbor freight. They had cash iron businhings pressed in that I was able to bore on the lathe to the proper ID for my axle (1" versus the .75" they came as). No flats, hold plenty of weight, and cheap!
 
I picked up 15 x6 x6 tires today from tsc they were 25 each and each have a rating of 500lbs. I thought that was reasonable. That puts my total cost at 70 dollars and I get my 800lb rating I wanted.

I haven't seen any wide solid rubber tires or I would have gone with that.
