Made some firewood racks for the truck

Those are very nice racks you have there. I just made a set from pressure treated decking, it gets the job done.

Made some firewood racks for the F250 Super Duty:

Cut a small load today but it is mighty hot, in the mid 90's.

Nice work. Looks good too made from Oak like that.
Can you remove them fairly easy if you don't need them all the time?

Yup! Two wingnuts on each side where it attaches to the rear window protector and just lift out. They fit so tight in the stack holes that I need a hand in order to pull straight up. (They are heavy)

If you look closely in the 2nd pic you can see the wingnuts.
 
Looks great. I need to build me some for my truck but I realy need a back window guard with the quickness. I'm gonna hit up my scrap yards and see what I can't find.

Those huge loads don't happen as often as I'd like them to cause I have near zero help.

As I say in another thread ... Keep On .... Runnin' Loads !!
