Want to Buy Stihl 33rsf 105DL Chain

You are right. If you zoom on the other picture you can see that it is regular RS. The close up detailed picture that the seller chose to display just happened to be where the chain was spliced to 105dl..... My bad.

Sold Jonsered 2152c project. Nearly complete saw. new parts also

yeah, it looks like it swallowed something and cut some pretty deep gouges on the exhaust side of the cylinder. I bought this as a non running project a few months ago

Sold Jonsered 2152c project. Nearly complete saw. new parts also

This is a Jonsered 2152 project that I'm abandoning due to the purchase of a running saw. The cylinder and piston are done. This is nearly complete only missing the recoil and muffler. The top cover has a spot where the muffler burned it and I'd look for a replacement for it. There is a...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

I like milwaukee quite a bit, if I can find deals at CPO or discount tools I'll buy it first. I've been impressed and have been buying ridgid recently. Their cordless tools are made in the same factory as Milwaukee and share a lot of the same parts (in AUS they are sold under the name AEG). I...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

That surprises me. I'll admit that I'm pretty tough on angle grinders. I've burned up Harbor freight $12 grinders in a matter of minutes, but I'm on year 5 of two dewalt grinders. I also have a Hitachi and an old B&D professional (pre dewalt pro line of B&D). I put different wheels on each...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

It's pretty easy to amass that much over a time period of any tools. My dad passed away at 64 and had been buying tools since his teens. As I look around his hoard of a shop i see several lincoln welders, Quincy air compressors, buckets (literally) of sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

When my sister was in private practice she handled a divorce for a lifelong mechanic. The divorce was dragged out because they weren't fighting over kids, houses, cars.... They were fighting over the $100k plus in snap on tools.

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

I can understand that. Nothing more frustrating than a tool breaking on you. I don't earn a living with my tools (yet), but I have and maintain a small farm with old junk equipment so I have to fix sh*t on a daily basis. I was using a cheap ryobi angle grinder a while back, it stopped and...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

I didn't know that Snap On still made some tools. I have older wrench and ratchet sets of theirs and they are quality. But at the price I can't tell any difference between them and the Kobalt sets that I bought at lowes..... Their tool boxes are nice, but not 4 661's nice (and that is...

    Sold Snap On Comp Tester

Snap-on doesn't make anything and hasn't for a long time. I have a snap on 240 amp mig welder which is century welder with a snap on sticker and probably cost a mortgage payment when it was new. Matco, Mac, or any other truck brands don't make anything either. Mac air tools are rebranded...

Want to Buy Decent OEM Husky 45mm 350 cylinder

I'm already deeper into a Johnny 2152 project than I had intended.... The original cylinder looks like it swallowed something and is destined for scrap yard. I know that these aren't the favorable cylinder for this series of saw, but I think there is a lot of potential in the removable...

    Dolmar 7900 decals. I'm confused....

I know.... it's just the details. I mean it's about $6. My dad was like that too. I just finished rebuilding his 1969 Ford 5000 tractor and laughed because I have over $125 in decals..... The said saw and tractor are going to be worked on a daily basis, so the decals truly are pointless. I...
