What is the best ground and tree helmet with a face screen and ear muffs? E rated would be good If possible.

I use the basic orange pot sold at the Stihl dealer. I'm on at least #6 or 7. The face screen seldom lasts more than an hour, then it's either broken, lost, or I tore it off and garbage-ized it.

I took a good sized branch to the head a year or two ago, I hit the ground like a sack of potatoes, took a 20 minute sit down to recover, but the helmet saved my bacon.

Edit: I don't find the ear muffs sufficient on their own. I wear ear buds and the muffs, makes the saw and chipper much more pleasant to use.

The best? Pfanner protos. Pricey but worth every penny if you spend 40hrs a week in it.

why do you need E-rated?
My guys have the Petzl Vertex vent with the muffs and visor, they love them,

I am certified line clearance so I need e rated.
