That would be a cast in “key”. Semantics.
We call that a key over here. The allignment bulge that is.
Cast in key is good
I could just be being extra careful because a repairer rang me up once and confessed that somehow he must've lost the woodruff key out of the 154 he was working on and asked me what it looked like.

Just put on the flywheel tighten the nut a little more, it wont move a hair. That is what i dit once with a 262xp. The key's main buisness is the timing as far as i know

This is the squish without any material between the cilinder and case, tomorrow i will measure how thick they are.

Today i received the parts i ordered, imstalled the p/c and it has some decent compression, didnt test the compression yet but it feels heavy when i pull the flywheel. My plan is to put the saw together somewhere this weekend. And look how it runs, what fuel do you guys reccomend for the first few tanks? I normaly just use motomix from stihl.

Well, just tested the compression after the build completed and guess what, 220psi. It will be less the cilinder is filled with oil for installing the pisten ofcourse.

This thread is useless without some pics.

Did you say you got the whole saw for 90 Euros, or the shipping to you was 90 euros?

Looks to be in great shape! You did well for 90 Euros shipped. That’s like $100US shipped. When I ship a saw, almost a third of that could be shipping costs.

Yeah, below 10kg is €6.95 shipping and above is €13.50 or so, but a third of the price is a lot for shipping why so expensive?
