So........Jon tore the 3750 down to the crank, and ran all the parts thru the ultrasonic parts washer.

Here's a few pics of the assembly process.









Notice that this saw does not have a case gasket?

 
Nice looking work. I don't have a lathe so I usually cut spacers out of small stainless tube I found at the hardware store.

I believe the first ported saw of yours I ran was a Poulan 330. As I remember it was a good runner. This 60 cc model should be a real good runner.

I remember that GTG. Wiggs first one. I showed up with good running saws......and **** for chain. Lost every race.
