Lol a pair of pliers and an aluminum block and a hammer. I made my own brake with that old poulan chainsaw bar I just screwed it to the top of my bench and it worked good.

Anyone have any good ideas for a fallers belt? If you want pm me some pictures. Trying to get my own setup going. So far just the wedge holder and an old belt.

Klein tools sells a nice belt for hanging pouches on, not too expensive.

    Search "Klein tools belt".

IMG_5275.JPG IMG_5276.JPG IMG_5277.JPG IMG_5278.JPG Found one for a reasonable price. Now that box store carry little giant those are made in China. I think the ladders sold at home shows and some others models are still made in the USA. This one is model 10102 M17. It's in great shape. I have a 22' Chinese Werner multi position ladder I bought a a box store a few years ago. I just listed it on cl.

If someone already posted it, sorry. I was in Lowes a couple weeks ago and they now carry Craftsman tools. I also have a boys axe head with the original 1927 Craftsman logo on it. I don't know how long they used it, I'm pretty sure it's not a first year, but it may be?

If you can find a store that carries them, you could turn them all in for new.

Probably start hoarding some of the 'good' ones now, assuming that the replacements will not be of the same quality. JMO

I’m hoarding all the old USA craftsman I can find. If I wanted Chinese tools I’d shop at Home Depot and harbor freight
