First check the impulse line for vac leak.
How do you do that? Visually look for cracks or is it something more involved?

AV mounts and carbs mostly.

How can you tell the AV mounts are going bad? (Newbie alert here)
The handle would have extra movement just pull on the handle and look at the mounts remember they have a little play in them not a lot.
The only issue I seem to have with my 200T is the fine mesh screen in the carb clogs up with fine saw dust every month or so. It's an easy fix to clean it out but WTF keeps causing it ??? I keep my fuel and fuel tank super clean. I put new pickup filters on and it never seems to cure the constant clogging of the fuel screen. I was thinking about wrapping felt around the filter to cure the problem for good or switching over to the felt type fuel line tank pickup filters. Any tips guys? Thanks

I have gone through over a dozen or more carbs since the first 020T came out!
Do they still make a MS200t in the rear handle edition?
.
200T carb probles, boy that question comes up allot. Somewhere there is a thread where I showed how to plug the accell pump circuit, and it'll run like new.
If you find that post please let me know. I have never had any problems with the accell pump but would like to take a look.
If the dam search is fixed, it'll be easy to find. i'll check.
Find it?
Hey, when I tried back when I made that post, no I didn't find it. I'll try again. See if the search is working again.
