So I actually found a shop where they had a pair of Geckos in Carbon in stock. I tried them out and I can confirm the following that has been stated in this thread:

1: They are super comfy and really light weight. :smile2:
2: And yes, they're dang expensive!! :msp_mad:

Looking forward to try them out now.....

If you would lrt mr know how they do been thinking about getting a pair for myself and passing down my steel bucks to a begging climber

Hi echo. So now I've tried out my new carbon Geckos with velcro straps. They were a bit pricey, but really worth the price.
I had a big grin on my face when walking up a huge Birch tree and down agin without any discomfort. :D
So I can really recommend these.
(PS; that Birch tree is going to be cut down, no worries...)
