I could fill that request, but its not going anywhere!
Yeah, I know and I couldn't pay for it anyway!

I'm still drooling over that saw. There's something about the shape and that gorgeous yellow paint. I like a simple and elegant design.

But I've been saving an aftermarket BB kit for one...

A rotary saw would be a strong second for me.

My dad had a '78 RX-7 and my older sister had an RX-3, both bright yellow. I remember one night long ago when I had her car home to do some work on it, and my dad and I drove it back up to her apartment at school. Naturally we got to playing with them - two rotary engines winding out to redline on a warm night with the windows open.

540xp / 661r- both will be gettin my money, which one first is anyone's guess as they both to be something I can only dream about for now. Older saw NIB would be 288XP or 2101xp

I didnt mention the Poulan 8500 or a 655BP both seem impossible to find even if you got the coin so I have kinda given up on that dream. Looking forward to the ones above in 2013.

Until I read this thread I didn,t know there was a saw other than a Ms 046R/ Ms460R / Ms461R. After reading this thread I would not want a NIB saw unless it was one of these three. Over the years I have owned every pro saw out there but these are the saws that made me profit.
Safe cutting.

For me, It would be a 8500 Poulan, or 655Bp. Heck, some of us would even take an old clapped out greasy one in a box, or without the box.:msp_ohmy:

If I was smart though, I would choose any old Stihl, so I could sell it on Ebay, and retire, or at least live large for a while.:D

Gregg,

Then, out of nowhere a v8 car goes screaming by, RRWWAAOOOOOoooooo! Tail lights..

Couldn't resist! Rotarys are super cool though..

All Homelites. 3100, SuperWiz77 or C51. Would be fine with any but would prefer the 3100 :msp_tongue:

I'd like to check out a newer NIB 288 high top. I tried looking around on some websites for one in south america but seems tough to get pricing.

Might be time to see what else Jose can smuggle across the border. :givebeer:

I'm with Zombiechopper on this one

MS200T

Can always find a decent comparable running 50, 60, 70, etc. cc saw from a variety of manufacturers. When it comes to the MS 200T, stock no small saw in that displacement range I've ever run does what it can.

I was going to squirrel one away before they were NLA but along came Irene and cleared the dealer's shelves of all left over inventory before I could grab one.

Take Care

If was a one saw plan the 200T will do a lot. The 361 has to be it for weight, power, big or small bars and durability over time. Definitely a 361 for firewood and/or clean up plan with one saw. I should go check out new saws of the major manufactures.
Just might "change my mind about that" Gump said.

For shear looks a new old Merc twin with a bow. Real mans saw. Don't believe I ever saw one. That would be so cool black and red.
