Last cat I got out of a tree I used four sections of a Marvin pole pruner without the saw blade. Gave it a nudge and it jumped all the way down to the ground and it went the remaining 30 yards across the dog's pen and went through the cattle fence like a pea coming out of a straw. Never saw it again. Dog was disgruntled as she figured sooner or later the thing would come down. We got sick of the meow sound for three days straight.

I caught a cat falling out of a tree once, was about 20' up the tree and didn't know how to get back down...
Well, it fell out of there, and I caught it before it hit the ground, put my egg catching skills to use I suppose.
Was lucky it didn't scratch the tar out of me, but I kinda guided it to the ground on its way down instead of catching it.
Just sat there afterward, sorta oblivious to what had happened, course maybe it wasn't his first time... :msp_biggrin:

A .22 cal 50 grain Speer TNT at 3300 fps will accomplish the same thing.
pigs butt thats why i still have 750 of them in the gun room
they are way to hard nothing like a proper varmint bullet
give me a VMAX or a NOSLER BALLISTIC TIP any day or
night of the week...
to long in the secant ogive so can't seat them into the lands
without work from a gunsmith which is very spendy here..
