Nice looking 49 Dean!! A new-to-me one arrived here just yesterday.....haven't taken any pics yet.....missing a few parts and the piston is scored but cosmetically it is great.....I can quickly fix all that is wrong with it.....I bought it just for the looks......hard to fix an ugly saw even if it's mechanically sound. It came with a nice 18" .325 Winsor bar......paid $16.50 for it....but had to pony up $30.00 shipping so $46.50 at my door......in the pics it didn't have the airbox or recoil...but they were in the box....just needs an airbox cover and muffler beside a new P&C, seals, fuel line/filter, carb kit.....and a thorough cleaning...has spark...

Here's the listing.....

morning people, i'm looking for a recoil assembly for a jred 535 classic, anyone have one lying around ? thanks

It's been several years since I did anything with my Jreds, but I might have a recoil.

First, as a native Texan I do have one very important question:

Are you a Dallas Cowboys fan, neutral, or a hater? :D

Only 168 more 49SP's and you'll catch up with Robin! Looks nice too.

Oooh, that's gonna get a comment...lol!

Heh . . . . yup, one more notch in my repair workbench.

Probably be easier if I just offered to buy out Robins stash.;)

He'll be buried with his beloved 49sp's;)

Really nice lookin' saw, Dean.

Wow...now that's an ebay sleeper for sure!!! Shipping was killer of course, usually is on a saw. Still, you'd have to pay that at a typical garage sale for one. Really nice score, Robin!!

Now here's a pretty darn expensive 49SP......adding in the shipping it's way over the top....even in Canadian dollars...and you gotta ask yourself....."How well does this really cut anyway?" LOL!!!!

Yeah..... I had to look at that one several times trying to see where he got that price from as well. Crazy
