Nice looking 49 Dean!! A new-to-me one arrived here just yesterday.....haven't taken any pics yet.....missing a few parts and the piston is scored but cosmetically it is great.....I can quickly fix all that is wrong with it.....I bought it just for the looks......hard to fix an ugly saw even if it's mechanically sound. It came with a nice 18" .325 Winsor bar......paid $16.50 for it....but had to pony up $30.00 shipping so $46.50 at my door......in the pics it didn't have the airbox or recoil...but they were in the box....just needs an airbox cover and muffler beside a new P&C, seals, fuel line/filter, carb kit.....and a thorough cleaning...has spark...

It's been several years since I did anything with my Jreds, but I might have a recoil.

Give me a couple of days to dig around. TBH I might discover that I don't have any 535 parts, so if somebody else steps up with one in hand that might be the way to go.

I don't know if their prices are reasonable, but the same Canadien seller also has other parts for Jonsered and Husqvarna.

ok thanks , i've got a complete recoil from a jred 525 i got from ebay the guy said it was a 535 and sent it wrong got screwed there he would'nt take it back , if some one needs one

Now here's a pretty darn expensive 49SP......adding in the shipping it's way over the top....even in Canadian dollars...and you gotta ask yourself....."How well does this really cut anyway?" LOL!!!!

Wow...now that's an ebay sleeper for sure!!! Shipping was killer of course, usually is on a saw. Still, you'd have to pay that at a typical garage sale for one. Really nice score, Robin!!
