I live in MN and nearly all of the dealers listed on the Husqvarna web site no longer stock any Husqvarna chainsaws and are now only carrying Stihl chainsaws. Guessing some big move by Husqvarna corporate pushed them away?
What happened to all the Husqvarna dealers?

Why bother when all the big box stores carry them cheaper, no sales but plenty of warranty work. Stihl might be next since Ace peddles their saws now.

Pretty much only logging communities will have Husqvarna dealers, everywhere else it's Lowe's or Tractor Supply if you want one locally. Stihll has a more recognizable name, and most urban arborists use the top handles so that's what they buy. Husky also didn't help themselves with any of the previous generation of AT saws, that was the last straw for many dealers. I have personally never seen or been in a Husqvarna dealer, locally or when traveling.

What big box handles Husqvarna pro saws?

Gotta be Ebels… biggest store in that little town.
Edit: My local Ace store sells and services Stihl and Husky saws. They even carry pro models from both manufacturers.
25 years ago there were no less than 8 Stihl and Huskie dealers inside of 15 miles from us. Now we are it. You must service what you sell or you will not have many repeat customers and We don't Do Huskies

Falmouth store will service all makes. They carried Stihl at one time, but dropped that line.

Husky screwed with their dealers too much, wanted them to sell their mowers too.
None in my area do. Every hardware store is a Stihl dealer with minimal pro stuff. Ace hardware here sells Stihl and Echo homeowner stuff.

That is why 2 Husky dealers close to me are now Stihl dealers. Nobody around here uses Husky lawn equipment
We have a Husky dealer near me, carries a full line of Husqvarna equipment. We also have two Stihl dealers. The smaller dealer doesn't carry as much but will order what you want. If course the other is the John Deere dealer.

None, the mass majority of people who buy chainsaws do not buy Pro chainsaws, we here in the minority.
Husqvarna started requiring their dealers to sell a full line of equipment, not just saws. So, plenty of dealers just stopped selling Husqvarna entirely.
Stihl full line at bridgeport equipment and rural king.

They opened a rural King about 45 minutes from me. That is an awesome store.
