Hey guys, Just picked up a almost perfect condition Makita DCS 7901 with 24" bar for 325 bucks! I dont know much about these saws but she runs and starts like a dream. my questions are will this saw last a while if treated well and are parts easily found for this model? this looks,if not exactly like a Dolmar... Im guessing Makita owns them? seems like a very well built saw! hope the price was good!!

Dolmar is building for Makita is my understanding. But that seems like a pretty killer price. You suck!

Very good saw and killer price. Makita bought Dolmar years ago and produced blue makitas and red dolmars. Now they only produce red makitas.

The flippers on here would probably want it for less. It's worth all of that and then a bunch more if you bought it to use it.

80cc saw low hours, well kept for 325.00? A steal.

I just now got to see the pictures. Not enough signal to load up before.
That is a very nice looking saw. They retail for around $900 nowadays.

900??? WOW... im happy i picked this up then, it was at the local stihl dealer for the last week. came with box, manual, oil and some tools and files as well. im happy. doesn't seem to hard to find parts for either.

Yep, those 7900s are one of the best power to weight ratios there are. I wish I had one for a deal like that.
