Love it, 92cc, pulls that 36" bar buried without any hesitation...340 shipped to my door. I have a 372xp on the way now too.

The guy buys a box of parts that clearly states is not intended to assemble a complete saw. His kit last i looked ran around 88 dollars..its the cheapest kit they make, a clone of the cheapest saw stihl made. He assembled it, could have made any number of errors.

Those particular kits are known to be junk. The 372 and 660 kits are well proven and have the bugs worked out.
Definitely not going to say run out and buy one and expect it to be as good as OEM, but some kits are much worse than others.

Looks cute. Do you cut anything with it? How many hours?
Ive had it a couple weeks, my firewood guys started dropping off stump sections and trunk sections upwards of 34 to 39 inches across and while i dont need to make alot of cuts, buying a 1500 dollar new Stihl was not reasonable, used 660s go for...600plus and are generally beat to hell. This one i have about 4 tanks thru it from the first day, just dont need to cut alot that size but i did get a 20" .404 8 pin setup for smaller stuff so i can put more time on it. Its got a Cross Mastermind ported top end, ported muffler cover...still only tuned at 12,200 for break in. First start up, it popped on the first pull and was running on the 3rd, tached at 13,000 steady out the box so i fattened it up some. The 372xp was an impulse buy...148 bucks on sale, can't wait to see how it runs. Are they perfect...nah, they are cheap saws but they run, generally well. Its the accessibility of older larger saws to complete novices that seems to cause the most issues

I had a guy drop a tree on his 250 and the case was busted, plastics busted...he loved the damn saw, he ordered a g255 kit and i used it to fix his. Flywheel, case, recoil, bar cover, went ahead and put on the new muffler, clutch...it fired up, was it economical...no, but it fixed his saw and it looked like new and he was happy.

How much does a chainsaw cost?
Varies by model and if you buy direct and wait on the slow boat or from a dealer.

I paid 340 shipped for a g660 fully assembled from a dealer...and 198 shipped from the company directly for a G372xp. 4 days for the 660 to arrive, and about 45 days for the 372xp
