3120XP Stabilizer Bolt?

Hey y’all!
Hope everyone is doin’ well and staying warm. Was hoping somebody would know what I need and what it is called…
I am in need of the stabilizer bolt that goes here. I did some looking into it and I think a bolt goes there and not an anti-vib.
