Learned something........Just one video per post! So here is the 394 after it's trip to Iowa.

The saw looks strong but I believe it needs the 28" techlite on it.

The guy freshening the saw wasn't sent a bar/chain with the saw. He probably only had a 20" in large husky mount to put on it for the test running. The wood doesn't look really solid, but the saw sounds good. It sounds like it's tuned how I tune mine, a bit leaner than obvious 4 stroking at WOT. But I assume he probably used a tach to set it.
 
Saw was set under 13K in that vid (breakin in). It could go to 14 but the grinding was aimed at torque not R's. Wood is solid just been cut into at different angles a time or two. Running very low on test sticks :msp_angry:

She got new seals, carb kit, meteor piston and a couple other bits.
