I went through everything with the exception of the spark plug wire (which was nothing) and the dented handle (obviously doesn't affect performance.) I replaced the bearings, seals, cups, new clutch, new top cover, starter cover, chainbrake handle. Ring end gap was on the high side so a new set of rings were added. Original Mahle cylinder & factory piston. Saw has base gasket and pulls 150psi cold. $475 PHO shipped Conus.
