I am going to put my own spin on your design and make a 3" pipe stick out the side like yours, but instead of a permanent longer pipe I am going to get some 1" flex pipe and attach it to the 3" pipe and run it to the back of the saw.


Did you ever decide if the baffle rings are useful??? and what size??

Did you attach the three inch pipe and how did your pipe run to the back of the saw work out?
