Congratulations on your 3,000th post:cheers:

Al, I'm looking forward to it too bro. No fancy stuff, just a good woods port I'm working for. I won't be touching durations at all. Just wide and wider!

I have the pattern bit that I'll be using for the pop-up. Now I'm looking for the bit for the 45º chamfer. I'm guessing that bit will be a non bearing one. We'll see what I work out.

I worked on the piston today, because I have plans to sell it here at the post.

I already have a 70cc saw plus another frame to swap another 7901 piston. So what I'm now looking for is a 066/166 build.

Bump removed and shaped at the edges to FLOW more. I could have removed more, but I think it would have compromised the integrity of the piston skirt.

Polished.

This is the best it ever ran, with a 20" "I tried to" hand filed square chain. Hard Piñon Pine.

Runs good.

I'm going to lean it back to a high 14.

Ran into some knots. It pulls well. I think it's blowing about 150lbs of compression.

Thanks for the rep REJ2

Thank you brother.

What surprised me the most about the 365 jug was the size of the exhaust port at the flange. It's a lot bigger than the 7900 flange port:jawdrop:

For only 65cc's, the jug is making some good power. And it's built similarly to the Dolmar's. I thought I read Dolmar copied Husqvarna's AV system. I'm glad they did:cheers:
