This is the end product of my current projects. I added new piston kits to both saws, there is a pic of the old 029 piston i used Muriatic acid along with a hone turned out better than expected. The 028 only needed a piston kit and both used abit of a cleaning. The pics were taken with a sony 5.1 mega pixal camera i just repaired, got it for $20 us. The saws are both supers. I know the pics are blurry abit but thats my excitement, i can't keep still. LOL.

saws

You are right! I have aquired/repaired and sold about 25-40 saws in the past 2006 year, i still have , Stihl 028 & 029, Pioneer 1074, P28 and a Mac-110 along with several Pioneer parts saws. The Mac and Pioneers all work great. I have yet to test the Stihl's.
