my buddy down the street pulled a bonehead move; got tired sawing, wasn't paying attention and put bar oil in the fuel tank. He realized it and drained it and then tried flushing it out with some gas. Thought he had it all out and went to start it and it wouldn't crank.

So he takes it in for service (and ends up w/ a 440), but he is paying ~$200 to get the 290 fixed. My question is; what could be so wrong that requires that kind of fixing since he flushed it out? Does this sound like he is getting hosed? (besides the fact that a new 029 is only another $100)
