hey mac guys...
on my mac 10-10 the B&C dont seem to oil right. the bar is a 16in oregon and the number on it is 160PXDD176. the problem is: the oil hole doesnt line up with the hole on the bar near the rail of the bar where the oil should travel down. instead the oiler on the saw itself(and the channel around it) is on the next hole down(more near the mounting bolt channel). yesterday i ended up with oil all over the front of the saw, and when the chain was moving the bar sounded dry. i know the oiler is turned up a little high but i cant get any oil to the end of the bar, unless i hit the manual oiler which makes a heck of a mess.
I looked up the bar on baileys and they say that the oregon bar ending in D176 is one that is supposed to fit a Mac 10-10. any ideas on why im haveing oiling problems??
