Bar tip rivet size?

So I ordered the wrong rivets once already.... I can’t seem to find the correct rivets for an older oregon (3) river nose.

Measuring it seems to be a 4.5mm- how are rivets measured?

Never bothered to replace a sprocket- usually just buy a new bar.
