So i got a 066 magnum that i got a great deal on because the guy i bought it from fell a small tree on it and it bent the 3/4 wrap all the way down to where its touching the too plastic. What would be the best way to bend thia back. If i can straighten it out i will save abour $75-$100 thank you in advance for any help.

Kinda hard to tell but the top of the handle is pushed into the top plastic and chainbrake.

Hammer was my first thought.
Maybe some kind of spreader?
Screw it down to something and then a small hydraulic floor jack?
Or a vise.
Combination of all of the above.

I've tried bending them, I thought it'd be 6063 t5, and would bend easily (as that's how they made it), but it cracked when I tried bending one.

Best bet is put what you can in a bench vise and get a long steel tube over the end and start pulling. I would not use a hammer.

I’ve seen this in similar 3000 series aluminum. Once bent in on direction it won’t bend back with out cracking. You can try and aniline it first but then your still replacing the handle rubber.
