Owners of homes with these evil killers are required to register them with their local chief prostituting attorney by 12/1/15, or submit 147 certified copies of their Assault Chimney Deactivation Form. Local community groups will be having chimney buybacks, where assault chimneys can be turned in for a $50 gift certificate to Bed Bath & Beyond.
