Sorry about the confusion of the jump from 16 to 20, didn't relize I had done that even after it was pointed out to me...as for the rest of it, it all about quick and dirty estimates, not intended to be sicientific. Don't use it if you don't like it....

Do not worry about it......I kinda read between the lines how you were thinking...just tried to explain what was behind it....sometimes guesstimates are good enuff.....:msp_cool:

Yeah thats why I asked about the 75% because a 2ft log, if you multiply 2X2 sure you get 4, but the log is round so there is already some dead space accounted for. I just want to make sure I am getting a decent deal. Thanks for all the help BTW
