Came across a couple of old saws today

While going through my late grandpa's belongings today I came across two old saws. First one is a davidson model 917(silver colored) I believe and the other a indian(red). I didn't have time to look real close at them to get exact model numbers. Neither one was stuck. both in good condition. The davidson even says davidson on the bar. Both appear to be direct drives. Can't wait to get them home for a closer look. Gonna be fun getting them going. Anybody got any info or places to look? Thanks for the help.

Seems the info on the Indians is rather scarce, especially the pics.


If you know the model it wouldbe Excellent to you to clean it up a bit and send Mike (thats his site) some pics for reference.



If you check around his site youll see there are many saws that have pics accompanying them, Im sure he would welcome yours.
