Is northern tool selling log-rite cant hooks? Just search for 'cant' on their site and you will find a yellow, aluminum handled cant hook that looks just like a log-rite. Is this an imitation knock-off, or is it the real deal? Either way, the price is right compared to the price of log-rite tools offered through other suppliers. 5' handle for $70, 6.5' handle for only $80.

i can't find the one you speak of.i'd buy the log-rite if you can.

the guy that owns the company is right here in CT and he is a top notch fellow.nice operation but still a small company.he travels the trade show circuit be sure to say hi to him.i found him very helpful and i like supporting small american companies when i can.the thing is tough as hell.i was a little skeptical about the aluminum handle at first but it's thick walled and i cannot break or bend it.

Save your money and get a Log Rite. It will be the last cant hook you buy in this lifetime.
