Would it be possible / feasible for a
"wood chipper " chainsaw attachment ?
I just have this idea of an attachment where
it attaches directly to the chainsaw clutch
( thus having its own "clutch drum" and it will
accept branches at the front ( where the bar used to be ) and exert the chips downwards ( pretty much the way a standard chainsaw does) .
Ok,it may need two persons for the job
or a special " stand " and throttle control .
Or a single person can drive the saw to
"suck" the branches .
Working principle is pretty much like the
standard wood chippers . Two ,three or four
blades attached to a rotating axle .
Or is it just another drop in the Stupid Ideas ocean ?
