Clogged compression release port

I have a Pro Mac 10-10 I have to hold it with my knee to pull it. I removed the compression release valve and cam not feel any compression coming out so i assume the port is clogged. Any tricks to clean it out?

Thread it out. You should be able to blow through it slightly with it in the open position

Nowell as I read this the port in the cylinder is clogged.

Yes i believe the small hole from the cylinder to the compression valve port is clogged. I dont know where that hole would be. Its soaking in wd40 right now.
