Contra, Contra-Lightning or Lightning. Different names on the same thing!Pre dates the 070 @ May 1965.......Would be off a Lightning me thinks.![]()
Always liked that emblem, very nice!!
This bar has a different engraving but is also from the 60's
It has the 3001 mount markings on it.

like this oneThat depends on how many people would want the service. The price would drop significantly the more people go in on it.
For about $200 I could set you up with everything you need to DIY any engraving you want (up to about 3"x3").

It came on my 070. The bar groove is too shallow from multiple servicings so it really is only suited for display purposes. That's a very interesting bar you have there!.......Build date and bar mount code would indicate its from a Stihl 1106 series saw.
5000 Pesos you say.![]()

I suppose one could use a 3/8 chain which has shallower drivers...
Looks like a capital L on the end of Stihl - couldn't they spell back then?![]()

I don't think there is any paint on the bar. Just a patina.Strange, you say the rail are worn down that much though the bar appears to have quite a lot of its original paint.
