Hopefully you didn't let the same SOB have a second shot at your hip. J/K

The stuff they use to "cement " in the hip is tough stuff. I've got a couple of tubes coming. It's $70 a tube and you have to mix it all at once under a vacuum. It is reinforced with Zirconium oxide if I remember correctly (so it will show up on x-rays.)

ANYWAY............ take all of those pills and when the hip gets better, kick the doctor in the AZZ.

Yeah I suppose he has it coming,,,,, for all the razzing he gives yas for your epoxy repairs,,,,,, But with a deep infection like that could be Staph,,, So,,, he "isn't out of the woods yet" no pun intended!!!!!!!

Bionic Cahooooonnnnnnnn. Sometimes these things work out for the better.

Hell, I been working on becoming a superhero with what they have me on. A little radiation mixed with full time landscaping and a home renovation. I keep a constant glow on and my head is screwed on backwards but when they get me off this stuff I should be ready to jump to the moon.

Hang in there Dennis a few artificial parts now a days and you might be surprised how well you'll feel.
