I'm not wild about the clutch cover on this saw. It just seems like kind of a bugger to get the bolts and holes and nuts all lined up after a chain change. I'm thinking this looks like too much of a gap between the cover and the saw but this seems to be as close or as tight as I can get it. It just doesn't look like it fits right. Anyone else have one?

Roll saw over to make sure brake band is over the sprocket (clutch drum).
if not, your chain brake is still engaged and has to be reset to go on properly.

Everything looks good and the chain flows as intended. The next time I go by my Husky dealer, maybe I'll pop in and see if they have a new one on the shelf I could take a peek at. Something "just doesn't look right" to me. But maybe it's been that way all along…
