Hey guys,
once again, a little off topic, but since you guys have loads of expierience with Stihl products :rock: , i was curious about the FS-65 AVE trimmer. there is one on ebay and i wanted some opinons on this machine. Is it good for light brush cutting, and is it reliable, ect....Thanks!

That model is older than dirt, don't buy it. Its well over 10 years old.......

Yep, it's the type of weedeater an old guy like Thall would keep using..

If you can get it for $50 delivered to your door, and it works, it's o.k., but...if they say "needs a Tune", run away.. What they really mean is "needs a full fuel system rebuild".
