1) 084What saws you running?
You can buy direct from VP for $79.95 a five gallon can. They will ship it rite to your door by UPS ground.Just buy a five gallon can of VP 94 for 60 bucks.
Why do they even put ethanol in fuel anyway?
If you need any help with the 200 let me know.1) 084
5) 044
1) MS200 rear handle
1) pole saw
2) blowers, 1 back pack, 1 hand held,
1) hedge trimmer
1) demo saw.
Sounds like it is a lot but it is just me. I take everything to work in the workman. When 1 saw gets dull, I pick up another instead of wasting time changing chains. I start with the biggest saw and work my way down as I get tired but lately not been doing much at all because the chemo makes me tired and weak. That is why I want to get the 200 going. 20 minutes on the 044 and I am whipped now.
Ace had their premixed gas in qts for $8.99
2 of the stihl dealers had 32 oz (qt) cans for $35 but that does not sound right to me.

He do a test on his fuel and see how much Ethanol is in there.

Choke closing 100 percent?I may. I have rebuilt many 200T saws and this is basically the same but simpler linkages with the rear handle. I put it together and it tries to start but not managed to get it to run yet. I did not put a new carb on yet.
I could write for hours about this. Ethanol Alcohol is hygroscopic. It pulls water out of the air. High moisture in the crankcase and rings, and bearings, causes trouble. Stops up the carburetor. Makes it run lean. That means hot.
I like Star Tron, (gas additive) It makes em run. But, ethanol is just plain bad.

Choke closing 100 percent?
The new carb floods , take it apart and check the lever height and see if anything is stuck in the needle valve and seat. Better yet try it on another running 200T if you can access one.Yes. It hits a few revolutions choked, then hits a few again with choke off. That's it. Choke it and it just repeats the same. Gone through that cycle about 20 times over 2 days having let it set overnight with fuel in it. The brand new genuine stihl carb straight out of the box flooded it so bad I poured the gas out the spark plug hole. The one it hits on is the one that had been on the saw for 15 years. In comparison, the 044 I finished yesterday started on 2nd pull.

2 CYCLE PHASE SEPARATION
The engine to the right has been destroyed from phase separated fuel. [/QUOTE
It would seem that some device that kept mixing the fuel would take care of that problem or eliminating the ethanol. I have a whole bucket ( literally) of pistons like that now. Here are 4 I took out of saws this week. 3) 044 and 1) 200
