Definitely make sure you buy a cylinder that has a the same top fin orientation....The cylinders with biased fins are for 10mm saws and the ones with fins straight across are for 12mm saws.
The cooling fins on a 10mm pin jug run straight across the head, if the fins are angled they are 12mm pin cylinders,The 12mm cylinder would fit on your saw but the 10mm piston cannot be used as the ring end locationg pins would allow the rings to snag in the intake port. These locating pins can be relocated by an experienced shop but it would depend on the costs involved.
It would be better to stay with a 10 mm pin cylinder. unless you want to change out the crank to a 12 mm pin one. It can be done with just a little modification.
