Why thank you and I agree. It's been my experience that there are machinists who really like small bit prototype work, while others like the big stuff. My friend is more of a 'big stuff' guy. There is a shop here that deals in the whole range, stores all their original spec drawings on PC's/hardcopy files....goes to great lengths to figure out working prototypes. But their prices are insane. I approached them about making some full-wrap handle bars and let's just say I would be embarrassed for them to mention their pricing.

Someone with a small milling machine and the original File 'n Joint for square chisel could knock these out easily....and just the hand jig part because the pot metal bases are still available from Granberg.
