Greffardized Husky 357 - First Run

Just a quick report on the first use of the Husky 357 that Dennis built up for me. All I can say is this is some saw!!! The first cut was on a 10" California Buckeye. Quoting my wife: "The saw looked like a hot knife going through warm butter". The rest of the cuts were through Blue oak, mostly limbing trees up to 8" to clear a road with a few pine's thrown in for good measure. No timed cuts but I'll have some (& Pics) in the near future on oak.

Dennis, thanks for a great saw!

Skoal!

Dennis does build some nice saws and I am sure that longer you use it,the more you will like it.I hate to ask a dumb question but what the he## is blue oak? Is the wood blue?
