My elderly 154 is getting hard to start when its warm it doesnt quit or anything just refuses to start back up. Runs great other than that. It has been getting progressively worse for awhile. Now I have to give it a 20 minute rest between shut offs. Any ideas or things to try would be appreciated.

Compression is still good. Im gonna try fuel filter and I think I read here before give low speed screw a bit more. Im not sure about the latter and thats mainly why I posted this. I cant tell just how the tank vents so advise there would also be appreciated.

Start with checking the easiest to fix things, like tank vent, fuel filter, and lines, including the impulse line......
