Help! What year model is this Stihl???

I received this Stihl chainsaw from my uncle just before passed away. I know the 021 is more of an inexpensive model but I've really enjoyed restoring this chainsaw and now it cuts great for what it is. Can anyone tell by the picture what year model this chainsaw is I know it's somewhere in the mid to late 1990s.

On 2nd line of label i think it says 021 ?
Are we allowed to see the saw or is that cheating?
