I've searched all over forum and can't find a job application form to use. We are wanting to hire sales people to help im finding new leads. Or what do you use in order of hiring a new employee? Thanks for any ideas:greenchainsaw:

Make your own application up customize it, ask some questions in there some where, Like you a tree climber? Got your own gear? If they say yes to the first and no to the second,,, you might have a half way decent groundie. I dont care who you are, you start with me,,,, we are gong to start frome the ground up, and get use to blowing out filters at days end and i might drink a cold one with ya.

Any office supply will have them! Do not make your own as laws will be different in you state then others! Now days you have to be careful what you ask!

Just ask for a resume. Let them do the work. If the resume looks promising, but lacking information, you can always ask for it in an interview.

Most people know how to produce a resume now and most job applications I've seen just ask for the same information. Seems redundant to me.

And if the person hasn't the ability to figure out how to prepare a resume, do you really want them working for you.

Anyway, that's what we do. Just ask for a resume.
