A 372 or a 575 with a 20" bar is a nice combo.
My take on things
I got beat pretty bad by a guy and a 372 a few years ago.
I think I could even the score now with my 440, or the 460.
The fact is that the 372 is a fine saw. I prefer the other brand.

i don't get the 441.
i haven't ran one yet that would run with any of my 372s.and with the extra weight and price,what's the point? the MS 460 is a great saw.if you have to get a Stihl,get that before it's gone.if you could find a nice used ms440 or an 044 mag,they are excellent saws as well.i notice the newer Stihls don't put out much bar oil.by the time you unpgrade the oiler and get the dual port muffler cover,it would have been easier and cheaper just to get the 372 XPW.the Dolmar 7900 is a fine saw but if you don't have a local dealer,i would avoid it.it is a good deal for the $ though.
