i swapped carbs today, i put the 288 one on. the 181 has a Tillotson HS-216B, the 288 has a Tillotson HS-228B. i could really see any difference in um, but there must be

husky has been F*&%ing up lately. i cant even get a 357 piston,been on back order for weeks,they dont know when theyll even get any,WTF, even a 357 decal is backordered. noy to My complaint does this look like the HD air filter setup? pretty expensive clamp @46.20

I would not spend the money on OEM 357 pistons. You can get a Meteor for about half the price from Northwoods or Bailey's.

as for the extra weight/bulk, if you cant handle 3.4oz of extra weight, well.. Finally got the cover taday i like it.

I don't think those small recoil decals are available any longer from Husky. There is a market for repo ones for sure. Let me know if you find any leads of where to get them. I could use several.
