Got a New 240 and at first it did as expected for 1/4 tank of gas.

Let the saw cool down (3 hours) than ran it again and now it bogs in the cut, I have to lift it out or if I keep on the gas in the cut the saw will die:cry:

The fuel filter is clean,

I wonder if a small plastic piece from the factery got stuck in the carb????

Anyone else have a new husky saw?? Look at the high and low adjment on carb, mine I cannot adj unless I have a special screwdriver:cry:

mine just had the limiter caps that were promptly removed after the muffler mod. sounds like you should take it back and let them deal with it if its brand new

There are no caps on this one :dizzy: :dizzy:

Unfortinatly the dealer does not know any more than me.

I am ordering the tool so I can adj the carb myself.

I probly will take it back and have them fix it because it is under warranty.
