Is a stihl 038 a good saw and what's it worth?

Have you ever had to replace anything on it or re ring it?

Other than the normal maintenance parts and fuel line, nothing else.

Video of saw . After 3 cuts chain seemed very dull. The chisel point seems to be getting hammered.







and some pics of were we were at. These rounds suck going up this Sandy hill side but there's no more easy stuff to get here.
