Is this a good deal on a tractor mounted splitter

Local guy is selling a 5 year old tractor mounted splitter for $650 bucks....said it was a Swisher brand with an 18gpm pto pump and 17 gallon reservoir. If it works good, is it worth the $$.

My vote is yes, but check for leaks around the pump for sure. The pump new would cost half that, at least.
