Some time ago I bought the new Jamison pruner head with the rope swivel pulley. (the gold colored one)
The head had some kind of defect where the blade would catch on the anvil part and the cutting edge would fold and break.
Sent the thing back and the replacement did the same thing
At the TCIA show I jacked up the factory rep. threatened to go back to the Marvin PH4. He said heads sent to Calif. had alot of problems.
And wadda ya know, he sent me a new one.
The new heads have been redesigned. This redesigning happened just a few months ago so if you are having troubles with yours COMPLAIN!
